Returns, Refunds, Change of Mind
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For change of mind returns, incorrect size or incorrect item purchases we offer store credit only, valid on future purchases with no expiry.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- unworn or unused
- in its original packaging
- including dust bags
- you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, and instructions on how to return your package. Customers will be required to cover the return shipping costs for exchanges on change of mind, incorrect size or incorrect item purchases. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
August & Wren will cover return shipping costs for faulty or damaged items and a full refund or replacement will be offered.

Refunds for damaged and faulty items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will refund to your original payment method or send you a new item.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@augustandwren.com.au.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept change of mind returns on sale items or gift cards.
You are covered by consumer rights called Consumer Guarantees governed by the ACCC when you purchase from August & Wren, and any other business operating in Australia. Read more about your rights here.
