Order Processing

Please allow 2-3 days to process your order during normal sales periods. During high volume periods, such as new releases, Christmas and sales, please allow 4-5 days to process your order. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they have been placed, however our usual returns process is available. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email hello@augustandwren.com or use our Contact Us page immediately. If your order has already been shipped, we accept no responsibility for incorrect details entered.
